1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 307ok platform and all its services. 307ok is an internationally licensed online betting and casino platform designed specifically to serve users in Bangladesh.

• 307ok reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error
• If match results are leaked before the game begins, all related bets will be voided
• If a match is abandoned in Sports Betting, all bets will be refunded
• If a bet fails during Live Betting due to a network issue, a full refund will be issued

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 307ok:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using false information or another person's identity
• Bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Betting using match fixing or insider information
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Harassment or harmful behaviour toward other members
• Attempting to breach platform security

8 Account Closure & Suspension

307ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms violation
• During investigation for suspected fraud
• Until KYC documents are verified
• At the member's own request

9 Responsible Betting

307ok takes responsible betting seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment — not an addiction.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period
